How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information.

The tracking number and progress can be found on the carrier’s website.

Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at your expense.

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Damaged or Opened Package

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. If the actual item is damaged, please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com.

Lost Packages

RC Outdoor Supply® is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com.

Placing an Order

Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Prices

Domestic Orders

We do not ship to PO boxes.

For orders below $200, a $10 standard shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders above $200, standard shipping is free.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, shipping is $40. 

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

International Orders

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not ship to PO boxes.
