How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found on the carrier’s website.

Domestic Shipping

Though most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times. To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse. Shipping Rates are non-refundable. We do not ship to PO boxes. We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. For orders below $200, a $15 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders above $200, shipping is free. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, shipping is $40.

International Shipping

Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense. If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at your expense. For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Damaged or Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. If the actual item is damaged, please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com.

Lost Packages

RC Outdoor Supply® is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com.

Standard Return Policy

All return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn, unaltered, free of any odours or fragrances and in sale-able condition. If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Shipping rates are non-refundable. All items marked “final sale” are ineligible for return. Final sale items are marked in the product description. Socks are final sale, no exceptions. Swim Trunks are final sale, no exceptions. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. A $15 fee will be applied to all returns. Exceptions: If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please send us an email to shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to replace or exchange your item. If we are able to replace or exchange the item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Instructions

For items eligible for return, please submit a request at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com within 10 business days of receiving the item(s). Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please ensure that the label is used within 7 days upon receiving. Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. We cannot accept returns shipped outside of this time frame. Please allow 10-14 business days for all returns to be processed.

Refunds

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund or store credit. Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges for orders. Should you require a different size or colour of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item on rcoutdoorsupply.com.

Placing an Order

Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds. Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled.
