All return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn, unaltered, free of any odours or fragrances and in sale-able condition.

If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Shipping rates are non-refundable.

All items marked “final sale” are ineligible for return.  Final sale items are marked in the product description.

Socks are final sale, no exceptions.

Swim Trunks are final sale, no exceptions.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

A $15 fee will be applied to all returns.

Exceptions: If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please send us an email to shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to replace or exchange your item. If we are able to replace or exchange the item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For items eligible for return, please submit a request at shop@rcoutdoorsupply.com within 10 business days of receiving the item(s).

Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please ensure that the label is used within 7 days upon receiving. Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. We cannot accept returns shipped outside of this time frame.

Please allow 10-14  business days for all returns to be processed.

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund or store credit.

Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement.

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges for orders. Should you require a different size or color of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item on rcoutdoorsupply.com.
